La Madera is a family firm founded in 1979 by Antonio López, the manager. After starting with 10 members of staff, he now employs over 40 working at nine points of sale. La Madera only makes artisan products using premium-quality ingredients. It owns several patisseries and bakeries in the area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria selling a wide range of its products. The firm's aim is for as many people as possible to enjoy its selection of artisanal goods baked using quality ingredients.
